European Weather Cloud (EWC) User Workshop 2025

Bologna | September 18, 2025

Part of ECMWF's 50th anniversary celebrations in Bologna

Join us for the European Weather Cloud (EWC) User Workshop 2025, taking place in-person for the first time at ECMWF in Bologna. This full-day event, co-organised by ECMWF and EUMETSAT, will provide an opportunity to explore the latest developments, share experiences, and shape the future of the EWC.

This year’s edition is special—it coincides with ECMWF's 50th anniversary celebrations and will run in parallel with other key events such as the 21st ECMWF workshop on high performance computing in meteorology and Using ECMWF's Forecasts (UEF2025).

Why Attend?

Connect with the EWC Community – Engage with experts from ECMWF, EUMETSAT, and fellow users.
Present Your Work – Share your experiences and use cases with the community.
Participate in Interactive Sessions – Contribute to discussions, provide feedback, and exchange ideas.
Hybrid Format – While we encourage in-person participation, online attendance will also be possible for those unable to travel.
