Code of conduct
We want to ensure that our events provide a safe environment to all participants.
Please follow these guidelines:
- Behave professionally. Harassment and sexist, racist, religious or any exclusionary or divisive comments or jokes that may cause offence or upset are not appropriate, and will not be tolerated. Harassment includes sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, sexual attention or innuendo, deliberate intimidation, stalking, and photography or recording of an individual without consent.
- Be considerate and respectful towards others. Do not insult or put down any other participants.
- All forms of social media should be used responsibly, respecting both individuals and the organisation hosting the event.
- Refrain from any partisan or political comments in the event platforms, particularly in the current highly sensitive political situation.
Not respecting these rules will lead to immediate removal from our event.
If you experience or witness a violation of this policy, please contact events@ecmwf.int
