The Copernicus Emergency Management Service (CEMS) organised the 4th Global Flood Forecasting and Monitoring Meeting, which was hosted online on Wednesday 02 and Thursday 03 April 2025, from 13:00 to 16:30 (UTC) during both days of the event.
The event focussed on recent and upcoming developments to the CEMS Global Flood Awareness System (GloFAS) and to the CEMS Global Flood Monitoring (GFM) products and data.
The meeting agenda featured presentations by CEMS GloFAS and GFM developers, keynotes and ignite talks by GloFAS and GFM users, and hands-on workshops to explore the use of GloFAS and GFM data and products. Participants were able to discuss their work, connect with CEMS GloFAS and GFM communities, and expand their networks.
