- Behave professionally and respectfully. Avoid harassing others, or making sexist, racist, religious, discriminatory, exclusionary or divisive comments, jokes or behaviour that may cause offence or distress, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, unwanted sexual attention or innuendo, deliberate intimidation, stalking, and photography or recording of individuals without their consent etc.
- Treat all participants with consideration and respect. Avoid insulting, demeaning behaviour towards others or otherwise putting down others.
- Use social media responsibly and professionally. Do not post, share, comment on, or otherwise engage with content relating to the event in a way that could bring the organisation, the event, or any individual into disrepute. Always respect the privacy, dignity and reputation of attendees, speakers, staff and the host organisation.
- Keep discussions appropriate for the event environment. Avoid partisan or political comments that may be divisive, disruptive or make others feel unwelcome.
Please follow instructions and requests from the organisers. Non-compliance or any form of disruptive behaviour may lead to immediate removal from the event at ECMWF’s discretion. ECMWF shall not be obliged to give any reason.
