The following steps apply in ECMWF’s premises:

• Please use the handwashing and sanitiser facilities available on site.
• If you start to feel unwell prior to the event, please take a lateral flow test and do not come to the site until the test is negative.
• If you start to feel unwell during the event, please advise a member of the organising team, leave the site and take a lateral flow test to ensure you are negative prior to returning to the event.
