We will be happy to subsidize your inbound flight travel and transfer (Bologna airport to hotel) on the 12 March.

Additionally, we will provide the hotel booking at I Portici Hotel as well as transfer from I Portici Hotel on the 13 March (AM) to ECMWF Tecnopolo and from the Tecnopolo to Bologna railway station (PM). 

We kindly ask you to please send us your travel receipts: plane/rail/taxi ticket once you have them along with your bank details.

Please fill in the Reimbursement Form you find in this link along with the following instructions.

• the expense of travel by air should be no more than the maximum cost of an economy class ticket at the time of the reservation;
• the expense of travel by boat or rail should be no more than the maximum cost of a first class ticket;
• the expense of travel by car should be no more than the maximum cost of a first-class rail
