ECMWF will host the first General Assembly meeting of the CERISE project on 17-19 January 2024 at its headquarters in Reading, UK. The meeting will include two days of presentations and discussions in the field of coupled land-atmosphere data assimilation and land initialisation developments for seasonal prediction and reanalyses. It will review the progress in the first year of the project and prepare the second year of the project activities.
